This Item Filing revises certain classification codes to simplify their display and improve online search results on NCCI’s website. Item Filing B-1436 (FD) adopts the national treatments for codes 2095, 2413, 2417, 4902, 5022, 5057, 5213, 5403, 6003, 8001 and 9180.
AO 12053	2018	Approved NCCI Item Filing E-1405 (R) Revisions to Experience Rating Plan Manual Rules and the Notification of Change in Ownership Endorsement for use with policies effective on or after January 1, 2019. This Item Filing revises rules in NCCI’s 2003 Experience Rating Plan Manual. These rules address electronic reporting of separate experience rating data and update the experience rating modification recalculation rules related to changes in ownership and/or combinability status.
