AO 11992	2015	Item Filing B 1430 Elimination of Anniversary Rating Date (ARD) approved for use with policies effective on or after May 1, 2017. This Item Filing eliminates or revises rules that reference the anniversary rating date (ARD).
AO 11991	2015	NCCI Item Filing R 1411 Update to the Retrospective Rating Plan Hazard Group Differentials and Manual Rules approved for use with policies effective on or after January 1, 2016. This Item Filing revises the hazard group differentials and revises some retrospective rating plan rules and miscellaneous rule changes.
AO 11990	2015	Effective September 1, 2015, AIPSO Filing VA 15—03 AIPSO revised Section 5 and Rules 20, 24, 31, 33, and the Rating Information form to change references to “husband and wife” to “married couple“. The changes were needed to ensure that same-gender married couples are considered married.
AO 11988	2015	Effective January 1, 2016 (new business) and February 1, 2016 (renewal business) - AIPSO Filing No. VA 15-02 Commercial Auto Rate Filing - This filing includes a rate increase of 6.4% overall.
AO 11987	2015	Effective September 1, 2015, Filing VA 15-04 AIPSO revised Rule 51 “Premium Development” under the Commercial General Rules. Reference to non-fleet trucks owned by husband and wife was revised to non-fleet trucks owned by a married couple. This amendment was necessary as the rating for non-fleet trucks that meet the eligibility of the rule are rated out of the Private Passenger Chapter. Same sex marriage is addressed in the Private Passenger Chapter of the AIPSO manual.
AO 11986	2015	Effective January 1, 2016, Filing VA 15-05 AIPSO revised Plan Introduction and Section 51 “Producer Certification Program”. Eliminates references to the purchase of paper manuals and forms.
AO 11985	2015	Effective September 1, 2015, Filing VA 15-06 AIPSO added new paragraph D.2.c to Section 40 to clarify the household assignment procedure.
AO 11983	2015	Effective August 1, 2015 – AIPSO Filing No. VA 15-01 Revised Rule 21 Premium Development, Rule 24 Premium Discount, Liability and Physical Damage Rating Worksheets and Rating Information Statement to clarify the mature driver motor vehicle crash prevention course discount for operators 55 years or older shall only apply when the course is taken voluntarily.
AO 11982	2015	Effective August 1, 2015 - AIPSO Filing No. VA 14-04 AIPSO as a Back-Up CAIP Provider. This Order approves rules to position AIPSO to act as a back-up CAIP service provider.
AO 11981	2015	NCCI Item Filing B 1429 Establishment of Audit Noncompliance Charge is approved for use with policies effective on or after January 1, 2017. This Item Filing establishes rules for a more uniform approach to employers that do not allow the carrier to examine and audit their records.
