Approved NCCI Item Filing RM-W-8046 Revision to Basic Manual Rule 4-G-5 Alternate Employer Endorsement for use with policies effective on or after July 1, 2019. This Item Filing revises NCCI’s 2001 Basic Manual rule 4.G.5. addressing the Alternate Employer Endorsement. The revision will allow the use of the endorsement on temporary arrangement policies.
